Hi there,

I just recently bought a 2004 Honda Rebel CMX 250, and the owner told me that the left handlebar clamp bushing was crushed, making the handlebars a little crooked and loose. I've been trying to find information or videos online about how to fix this issue but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone have any advice on where to get an idea of how to fix this or the parts I will need?

Hello every one! Really new at this great bike ridding thing; just did my first 50 mile trip (that’s an accomplishment for me).
Speaking on manuals…borrowed a clymer’s and chillton’s from library to help me understand my 01, 250 better, and its annoying to find either incomplete or incorrect/contradicting steps. Is there a Honda made repair manual, other than the stock book that comes with the bike, and where would one get it without trading an organ for? Thank you in advance to any help.

Welcome to the forum. It's usually better to start your own thread when you have a question; it will often get a faster response. The book that comes with the bike is just an owner's manual. There's a Honda service manual available free online. It has pictures and instructions on how to repair and maintain your bike.
