Hi Flite is easy just undo the screws and remove piston and diaphragm together then undo screw that holds diaphragm to piston . When assembling use some rubber grease where it sits on piston and on base of carby before you fit cap to retain it
There are no screws holding the diaphragm to the piston on North American models. I wish there were! The diaphragm is held on the piston with a plastic (nylon?), one-piece band. Thinking about using a heat gun to soften the band enough to remove it, but even if that works, how to shrink it back to original size?
Well that sucks . Having a different set up to the Aussie ones
