got some stuff off today, starting on the fender...

Now THAT's what I'm talking about!

Just got back from a 2 hr ride. Dang my butt is numb! But I guess that's what you get for using a pipeline marker(sign) for a seat!

Bike's running good. Exhaust is a little loud (1 1/2" conduit after the factory bends). Lost a bolt that holds the chain guard. I guess she'll be gone after tonite.

Got a nod from a local Motorcycle Cop. Stupid kid on a rocket with no helmet didn't wave. I guess since he's too cool for a helmet, he's to cool to wave at other bikers.

I didn't realize how much I missed bikes until I got this one. (been off for about 7 years)

Who else is a low budget baller? How about some pics?-

Angle iron off the rear bolt.

Does that tail light have a clear section to light up the plate?

No but I'll try and get some. I didn't use angle iron tho. I used flat stock and bent it lengthwise. It allowed me to locate the springs where I needed them.
Lighted tag bolts would look cool. Plus being LED they wouldn't draw much current.

cant make up my mind if im going to run the 150/90 15 www tire on back and the 120/90 18 front www, or the black 150/90 15 and the 100/90 18 front...

Yu will not like that large of a tire up front. It's too heavy and bounces too much. I only had a 110/90/18 and it was too big. The forks are not strong enough, they flex like crazy.
