Hello guys and gals.

Let me be the first to welcome everyone to HondaRebelForum.com. This site has been a long process for me and will continue to be as such.

Many of you are here because another site has apparently been shut down, where at one time I was active as chopper_town_customs. And while I am trying to make contact with the respectful operator there, I am glad you have made your way here.

My intention with this site is grow a community of people who cant share information and ideas with one another, all while not being subject to any type of belittleing behavior and/or indecent treatment from any member of the site.

Myself and the moderator team will be glad to take any concerns you have and look at them to decide the very best solution not only for the members but for the site as a whole.

There are many plans for the future of this site, some of which involve a parts and accessories division partnered with some of the very best suppliers in the country and the world. These are step that are in the works and are taking time in development stage.

My goal here is to have the site a complete one stop area for any and everything rebel, from information sharing among members, to on site parts and accesories shopping. Of course these things take time, and will be added as they are complete. This site is only in the infant stages of operation and development with more than enough room to grow. The current platform the site sits on is 300GB of disk space and 15GB of daily bandwidth. Which can be easily added to should we outgrow our shell.

Thank you to the members who have been here for the ride, and thanks to the new members arriving for stopping in to see what we have to offer.

Always here to help and can be reached via posts, PM's and direct email to [email protected] Dont hesitate to bring attention to any issues you have.

Welcome aboard, and thanks

cTc

Please add the year and engine size of your bike(s) to your signature. This will help those trying to diagnose any questions you may post. Thanks.
Bump, bump.
Welcome to the forum! I'm sure folks will be glad to share their knowledge.
Welcome to the forum. If Sea Foam doesn't clean the carbs well enough, you'll probably need to do as BG said and give them a thorough cleaning.
Welcome to the forum, Dar.
Welcome to the friendly forum, chris.

Welcome. Although Rebels have been made for many years, there are relatively few aftermarket farkles available. Jack (Jack's Rebel Warehouse - Rebel Catalog, Honda Rebel parts and accessories) sells good quality stuff. There are also a number of Chinese made products on ebay.
Welcome to the forum! Hope you have many miles of smiles on your Rebel!

Welcome. Not aware of any motors that will fit without extensive frame modifications. Upping the front sprocket to a 15 tooth or reducing the rear to 30 will lower RPMs, but provide little or no improvement in horsepower or MPG.
Welcome, and hope you have many miles of smiles!

Welcome to the forum! I began at age 61. In my opinion, taking a rider's training course and riding defensively are must do's. Riding is more hazardous than driving a cage, but there are ways to reduce the risks, and that is what I'm aiming for.
Welcome. Unless the bike is brand new, their price is (typically for stealerships) outrageous. Tell them you weren't born yesterday and you know how to find Rebels on craigslist for much less.

Frankly, I wouldn't bother dealing with them myself. I have a 2009 with less than 4,000 miles I'm selling for $2,000 because I got it at a reasonable price.

Here are a few near you.
