This is a strange question, but does anybody know if the front brakes for my 1982 Honda CM250C will fit into the drum of a 1972 Honda CL350 wheel? I know the way it mounts to the fork is different, but I'm just talking about diameter. Are they the same?

You're right, that is a weirder question. I don't have a CL350 to measure. I'm trying to change the front wheel on my CM250C to a 19". The CL350 used a 19", but I want to make sure the brake drum diameter is the same before I buy one. Does anybody know of any bike that had a 19" front wheel that would fit my bike? It doesn't have to be from a CL350.

I cant find anything on google, it all pops up info for the cb350 instead. could you perhaps drill holes in the rebel front brake and mount it on the wheel?
