Does anyone have any advice for getting the valve cover back on? It wasn’t bad getting it off but getting it back on nearly took 2 hours. I have to take it off again to readjust valves. I don’t even want to go down this road again but it has to come off. I removed the cables out of the way, even lowered the engine alittle bit but it doesn’t lower that much. The cover and the frame seem to be a huge problem with getting back on. I really want to grind down the bottom of the frame just to get a alittle more room but do not want to mess with the structural integrity of the frame. I don’t even know if it’s solid or hollow. Has anyone come across this problem?

There is the bracket (triangle) behind the valvecover. It helps a little to take the right plate off. Be careful at angling the cover on. Don´t use force !

Thanks. I was able to get it done without removing the valve cover. I also made a YouTube video to help anyone doing this job.

If it has been mentioned before I apologize but I have not heard or seen anyone do it this way after researching. Hopefully it may help others.
