Hey guys, I live in Brooklyn and have had a few rebel 250s. They're all street parked. Someone stole a bolt from my shift lever, and I only realized what happened when my shift lever disconnected mid ride. Does anybody know where to find a replacement bolt? Thank you very much!

Welcome. Those bolts have a tendency to come out if the acorn nut on the back comes off.

Have you looked on ebay? What year is your Rebel? I'm sure Jack will have one. Jack's Rebel Warehouse - Rebel Catalog, Honda Rebel parts and accessories

Here are some new ones. You'll need the acorn nut too. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=90115-KAF-000+&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_osacat=0&_odkw=cmx250+shift+pivot+bolt

It's only a $15.95 oem part. GO to your dealer or order on line. You lso need the acorn nut that is supposed to lock it in place.

I'd guess it snapped 'mid-ride'. the bolt goes inside-to-out through the pedal pivot and threads into the foot peg bracket. If it was missing the pedal would have been dangling pre-ride.

your pic looks like the rubber bushing is still there....
