I’m pretty sure you got it right on the first one-M16X1.5 :) I just got a bolt from the hardware store of that size!
M16X1.5 mm bolt to break flywheel loose from taper fit Caterpillar part # 093-0259 $2.10 at my local Cat parts store, or Honda flywheel puller part numbers 07733-00200001,,, 07933-2160000
Honda tool 07933-2160000 can be found through aftermarket and Honda parts sellers or an equivalent is found currently for $9.99

might even find it at a lesser price..
Run bolt in against crankshaft and whack it good with hammer, tighten and whack again..
The impact vibration is what breaks loose tapered crankshaft fit..

Strap wrench to hold flywheel from rotating while breaking loose the retaining bolt and while torquing that same bolt during reassembly. You could use a hand held impact driver to break flywheel bolt loose but strap wrench is needed to hold flywheel for 40-47 ft-lb torque reinstall.
