Hey peeps!
I'm working on a rebel 125 with a single carb.
The rubber air connector between the airbox and carb is seemingly impossible to buy a replacement for.
I was curious as to what folks normally do in this situation... I see the options as;
A. Convert to twin carbs.
B. Learn to make the part, then make it.
C. Or use a pod filter (my least favourite option).
D. Someone is already doing 'B' and I just need an introduction!

Any suggestions?

If the rubber is still there and just dry rotted you can do this. I have done it on a few of my bikes now.

Thanks for the info! It won't work in my case though, as my part is far too gone... The heat shrink would literally crush it!

Post a pic of the part in question. Do you know if a CMX250 rubber will work or not?

Plan B - that would be my plan b as well.

Also, these guys might have something that would fit. Honda
