My 2001 Honda rebel 250 was running smoothly until the key broke in the ignition switch and the bike would no longer turned on. I ordered a replacement ignition part that has the same amount and type of wires. Seems to fit perfectly and had no extra wires but still no power. Battery voltage reading was above 12v and the main fuses seemed ok. I don’t think I’m pinching any wires either. I fed a photo or the wiring. Does that look correct? Any ideas as to what the cause is?

Bikes harness Red wire that connects to switch should have battery voltage at all times..
if it doesn't the 20A main fuse plugged into top of starter relay has blown would be my guess.
There are two additional fuses in fuse block..
