So i was routing my hose and tugged too hard and a plastic bit broke off. Do i try to get new hoses entirely or just the plastic part? i also found this washer that appears to be super greasy. dunno what its for. in the diagram image the part colored red is the part that broke off. Also the part that broke off, the actual tube that goes under it was kinked and shaped into the kink which caused a fuel leak so

Then it is probably an O-ring from your O-ring chain or the previous chain. Is the O-ring intact or cut?

Then it's not a chain O-ring.

Unless it's debris from a link with a pressed-out pin (if riveted) or used master link when the chain was replaced. If you're really ocd, check the master link (if there is one) and make sure it has 4 o-rings.
