Bought some adjustable clutch & brake levers for my 1987 250. Seemed easy enough, and the brake lever was a piece of cake. But I cannot get the screw holding the clutch lever assembly to loosen. I've tapped/whacked it, sprayed it with PB Blaster, nothing has worked. There's no nut underneath to grab onto to provide resistance, it just screws into the bracket. Don't want to strip the screw head. Any suggestions (other than giving up)? Wish they'd built it with a bolt instead of a screw!!
Edited to note in third pic there is a brownish substance - could someone have used loctite on it in the past? Any way to dissolve it if so?
