Hi Guys I already introduce myself In the right thread but anyway.
I bought a 2006 new/ used black 250 rebel. I don't have my endorsement yet, but I already started to buy parts for the transformation even though the bike is on the dealer. LoL.
I have two concepts in mind that I will like to share with you since you are the experts so any pice of advice will be great.
First is to create a custom scrambler cafe. Below is the rendering I made In photoshop.
The second option is to build a Rebel vertion of the gerrilla iron 883 kit.
Some things I have it very clear like changing the handlebars, wrapping the exhaust. But things get thought when I need to think on the seat, the triangle where the battery is and the front tire.
So the question are...
What could be the biggest tire that It can be installed in the front close to stock in brand and tipe?. And when I meant big I meant more tall than wide. Of course I will take out the bumper and compensate the front level via triple tree to keep same geometry.
How complicated can it be to clean the triangle in the frame where the battery and the Airbox is?
And last If I take out the first baffle of the exhaust how loud it will be compared to stock? and also I will need to rejet the carb with this mod?
