Hi everyone :)
So I just pulled the trigger on the dual carbs.
You can only read so many experiences, before you have to try them out for yourself.
So here we go!

I will try getting them synced and tuned in.
Really get em working good.
The lack of acceleration pump, at least in my experience, has never been an issue. Ones the carbs have been proper dialed in.
On some performance carbs, they even advertise the absence of acceleration pump, to avoid over fueling the mixture.

Eventually I'll be moving on to other performance enhancing parts.
And adjusting the carbs along the way.

First of, do anyone know what keihin parts are interchangeable with these carbs?
If possible, I would like to switch out the needle and seat for some genuine parts. ( makes me sleep better at night )
Then of cause, getting an assortment of jets, to get them dialed in.

If you guys need any measurement to help me out finding the varies stuff, please let me know.
Other wise, I will greatly appreciate any helpful information.

If anyone can get those carbs dialed i am sure you can. I will be interested to hear about it, as I am sure others will be too:)
Yes! Very interesting. I have been thinking about buying a set and stripping it down to a single to see what needs to be done to make it work.
They definitely don't feel like the kind of junk, that sometimes leaves the mainland. They are probably made in taiwan, where the standards are set a bit higher.
Right now, I'm writing to different companies, trying to figure out what parts are interchangeable with the keihin carbs.
Not really much to go on yet
A scooter parts retailer, sells rebuild kits for a naraku 24mm carb, which includes everything needed.
I wonder if the parts would fit, If so it would be great. Naraku is a good reputable brand, manufactured in taiwan to japan standards.
I've only had good experiences with naraku in the past.

The naraku 24mm looks just like the dual carbs, but in a single version.

have you seen this company ?

I talked to a guy who owns both the dual and the original single.
He said that the internal parts were interchangeable.

So a good rebuild kit for the original, could replace all the vital parts in the dual carb.
