Hi all,

Thanks for your responses on my first post, the carb is coming off to be cleaned! If you read my last post you'll see that the numpty who had the bike before me removed the air filter (the housing is still there). I'm on the hunt for parts and I've managed to source most of them, apart from, pesky part number 14! I've got part number 2,3, 2 x 28. Does anyone know where I can find the part number for this, or where I can get one? TIA!!

It would help if you would put your bike year and model information in your signature. How to make a Signature | Honda Rebel 250 & 450 Forum (hondarebelforum.com)

Since you are in the UK, and I can't remember everyone's bike info from earlier posts, not sure if you have a 250 or 125. If it's a 250, here is a diagram with the part number. It may be the same hose for the 125, but can't be sure. Any Honda dealer should be able to order it. Honda Motorcycle 2009 OEM Parts Diagram for Air Cleaner | Partzilla.com

Looks to be identical to the diagram I posted. I'll give it a go and let everyone know :) Thank you

The parts have different numbers in the two diagrams, but may be identical. To confirm, you can get the part number from a 125 diagram and see if they are identical. Even if the part numbers are different, that doesn't mean the parts aren't interchangeable. I believe Honda, for reasons unknown, sometimes used different part numbers on identical parts when used in different models.

Thanks for the signature!

That'll do it!
Too much or too little air can cause so many issues.
Glad to hear that you've found the problem.
