Where can I find a 1986 honda rebel 250 carburetor? All the ones I’m finding are a dual carb. But the one I have is only a single carb. I may sound like an idiot but I am genuinely confused lol.

First gen carbs are hard to find best bet is eBay or you can use a second gen carb but will need to change the manifold as well. Hope this helps
I have a first generation (1985-87) carb for sale. Recently sold one and the acceleration pump diaphragm leaked. So I'm going to get a new diaphragm and put it in this carb before selling. Probably take a week to get it, and I'm leaving for the Ohio rally on the 17th. If it arrives on or before the 16th, I could get it in the mail that day, if you want to wait that long. A thorough cleaning is all your old carb may need.
I have two, fully refurbished, plug and play.
I have an 87 carb, runs perfect, fully cleaned, looks good. PM me if interested

This is going to sound super dumb, I don't know how to Pm on this forum yet but I am interested and am looking for a 1st Gen Carb!

thanks
Yes, I still have them.
How much for one I'm putting an 86 rebel together for a gal as a birthday gift and I can't find a single carb or an air box but I can find the duel carbs everywhere
Do you have the old carb by any chance? I have one left, but the slide diaphragm is torn. If you have a diaphragm, mine would work.

yes I have a slide diaphragm I need an air box also
I am sure I have one as well.
Belated welcome to the forum panama_red72. Sorry that I hadn't noticed earlier. Where about are you in the USA? I'm pretty sure that I have an airbox for a 1st generation Rebel. I'm in N.E. Ohio. If you live nearby it'd make for a productive ride! But many members live all over the world, so someone is almost always close. We're planning to be at the Cave City, KY gathering next week. Maybe a good place to do a "swap meet" as well.
