San Francisco. Rebuilding my buddy's 1985 250. I just relocated from SOMA to Potrero Hill. The rebel is in my friends garage in the Mission/Bernal area.

mine was 6 years out. cost me $550 transfer and bring current. dmv only goes back and charges 2 years or 3 cant remember.. but if it 7 years or more its deleted from the system. just got to take bike down to dmv and they do a new tittle.. so basically like reg a new bike.
Pay for a tag for a vehicle that isn't even rideable or driveable? No thank you. I prefer to turn in the tags until I am able to get it back on the road.
