No, but don't tell my wife.
BTW, once the two parts are mixed in the can, keeping it in the fridge will extend it's life for a day or so. Let it warm up before using.keeping the mixed ingredie

|flitecontrol||You need to put a fuel resistant, two part clear coat over whatever paint you use. This is what I'm referring to: https://www.amazon.com/SprayMax-Glam...SIN=B0082LJMC6|

Spray paint options for gas tank.
Anyone have any good recommendations on best spray can style black paint to repaint a gas tank? I used rustoleum automotive acrylic black and clear coat. it looked pretty good except it was super prone to scratches and scuffs. Also a couple drops of gas I spilled on it when filling up eat away at the clear coat where the drops of gas landed.
The automotive acrylic was easy to use and looked good and shiny but wasnt durable enough.
Looking for recommendations for glossy black spray can paint that wont dissolve if I spill a couple drops of gas on it.
Thanks in advance guys!
