I think those stunt bikes are all set up with a hand operated rear break...like a third break..but in front of the clutch. Looks complicated!

Just realize that video wasn't a quarter mile contest. It may surprise many but there is a decent representation of big inch V2 motors out there that perform quite well in the 1/8 mile, beating many I4 mills.

Yet every one of them loses the second 1/8 mile of the contest to the I4 crowd.

Hey I'm an old dude myself. and I could have blown the doors off that other old guy with the Harley if I'd been on that CBR.. I think the guy in the video was just learning.

Okay, it is not the same and this thread might have gotten a bit hi-jacked, but, it is fun none the less..
Well it makes for a cute video and all, but all it proves is that the guy on the Honda couldn't ride it.

A little searching for the quarter mile performance of a stock CBR1000RR turns up a 10 seconds flat at 141 MPH for a 2012 model.

I think the old guy on that POS Harley would have been "shut down" as they say..
