Plugs, filter....

Looking to replace my spark plugs and air filter. Probably buy them online.

What other models are these interchangable with so I know what to look for?

Another question, regarding the speedo. It's quite an odd setup, or perhaps it's just that I have never seen one. But, the red line underneath has has the kms conversion and also the gear suggestions.

Does the speedo suggest changing 2nd between 20 and 30mph, 3rd 30 to 45mphish and so forth? If that is the case it suggests 6 speed at 80mph and above. Jesus, I can't imagine hammering this engine getting to 80 in 5th gear! Pretty sure I am reading this all wrong. Anyways, I don't pay much attention to it, I go by sound of the engine and when it feels right. Just curious to know the whole idea of that gear recommendation thingy!

The speedo marks are the maximum speed shift points for each gear, not the recommended shift points. So long as the engine isn't being lugged, it should be fine.

I put NGK iridium plugs in my 250 simply because they last a very long time (up to 100,000 miles), provide excellent spark, and over time are cheaper than standard plugs which need to be changed more frequently.

Don't have a 450, but recall one brand of aftermarket air filter that had fitment issues. Here's a thread where 450 owners link to what filters they use. https://www.hondarebelforum.com/f76/...ter-12115.html

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!
