Replacing rear tire on used bike

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 1986 Honda Rebel 250 but the rear tire is very old, '07 to be exact. I'm pretty dumb when it comes to basic motorcycle knowledge. Please let me know if I'm wrong at all.

Correct size tire is 130/90-15? Are either tire below a correct replacement?

Also since it's a spoked wheel, there's a tube inside, right? Should I replace this tube along with the tire?

Thanks again for any help!

You have the tire size correct. I prefer the Pirelli tires. Good grip in the rain and they last longer than softer tires such as the Kenda brand. I believe the Dunlops may be what Honda installs from the factory, but while I've never used any, I've heard folks say they don't like them.

The tube may or may not need to be replaced. While others may feel differently, tubes, because they are protected inside the tire, last for many years. Check where the stem meets the tire by bending it slightly. If you see cracks, replace the tube.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!
