Shifter shaft replacement

Hello . I am trying ro replace the shifter shaft. Do i have to remove the clutch or anything else to pull the shift shaft out?

After you log in, go to the top right of the page and click on "user CP" (between "Get Premium, and Log Out). You can add the year and engine size, etc. That info will then show up on your posts. This will help the pros answer your questions more specifically. Good Luck!

You really need a service manual for this. It will explain everything you need to do, with pictures.

Odd part to be replacing.. Why?

Believe you will have to go full monty
Check for a downloadable copy of "Honda Rebel 250 Service manual"
