What is "cooking paste", if I'm understanding him correctly? And where did he get the bolts with the holes in the center?

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

So a motorcycle shop near me drilled the stud out for $50. I replaced the pistons rings while I had the head off and now I'm waiting for a new head gasket to come in so I can put the head back on.

sorry, didn't see this until now

cutting paste - like cutting fluid only thicker

he made those hollow bolts using a lathe - handy idea
