If you are going to work on Japanese bikes you need to get a set of JIS screwdrivers. I have this set which I think cost me about $90. Worth every penny. There are less expensive sets. I keep mine separate from any other screwdrivers and only use them on my bikes.

I did some carb cleaning for some small, old bikes. Japanese 50cc with clutch. I have never worked on a twin engine. I was not very confident the bike would start, but she did Amazing!
