250 Carb O-ring sizes

For those that just need an O-ring, here are the sizes:

Carb drain screw outside diameter 7mm Inside 4mm thickness 1.5mm

Air/fuel screw washer outside diameter 5mm Inside 3mm thickness o.5mm
kryton and banditgp like this.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Bowl to body O-ring 1.2mm CS X 7mm ID x 10mm OD Metric O-Ring, for accelerator pump passage

In a pinch 1/16" CS x 1/4" x 3/8 found at hardware store will work, 1/4" id is a skosh small and Cross Section is a bit thick, but compressed it works just fine..
product pictured is listed as a Vitron #5 O-Ring (AS568B# 010) should hold up..

after 32 years it was time to replace accelerator diaphragm on the old gal..
SKU: CDV-101 fits like a glove shaft needs to be shortened.. shaft is brass easy to cut/file to length.
The included O-ring too small for fuel bowl to carb body seal..
