95 shadow vlx600

Im posting in regards to my fiance bike he has been having issues with bike stuttering the bike will idle fine and sometimes it even rides perfect but other times it wants too die and when we are riding he will be giving it full throttle to try and get it to go above 45 50 after he lets off then back on it sorta goes. I dont know its hard to explain he pulled the carb cleaned it just find out the diaphram was torn so he replaced it reinstalled it and the bike rode good for a couple days then it started doing the same thing. Its almost like its starving of fuel or not getting enough fuel or maybe even not firing on all of the cylinders. Hes replaced the fuel filter also any ideas what it could be....he was thinking maybe electrical

1995 makes it a Gen-1 model with dual carburetors, so it probably needs to have those carbs synchronized.

Check the fuel pump under the seat then, those can fail or work intermittently.

"Ride Safe, Chop Safer" Motorcycles are not unsafe. However; they are extremely unforgiving of inattention, incompetence, ignorance, and stupidity.
Dismantling, sawzalling, and rattle canning does not make a bobber.
Those are STEPS toward customizing, not customizing unto itself.
