Think I have a spare, but I'm in Monroe, LA, and don't see any way to get it to you in time for weekend riding unless you're prepared to come here and pick it up. FYI, the part number is 90115-KAF-000 and it's called a pivot change bolt. Might find a seller on ebay that could overnight ship it to you.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Yeah, I was attempting to post that ad in a hurry since the boss has a habit of suddenly appearing behind me while I'm doing non work-related crap. I'll drive to Monroe for the part, absolutely. Would you please verify that you do have the bolt in your inventory? Also, let me know what time tonight would be too late to show up, and what time tomorrow would be too early to show up to get it. I'll pm my cell number for grins. AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Per our conversation, here are the dimensions of the bolt in millimeters: Total length of shaft not including head: 42, length of raised/shoulder portion of bolt: 25, diameter of shoulder: 14 diameter of threaded bolt: 8. You may need to get a slightly longer bolt in order to add a flat washer to the standard bolt to duplicate the 20mm wide head on the bolt. Get a jam nut to help hold the bolt in place.

For reference purposes, here's a link to a parts diagram: https://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemp...54be0330/pedal

The parts in question are 15 and 18. Be sure to grease the outer tube where it fits through the shift pedal. This would only be a temporary fix and you should replace the DIY bolt with the original part(s).

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Understood. Thank you for going to the trouble of gathering that info... I'm gonna do some looking when I leave work. I've got a feeling I can put together a workaround til Monday so I don't have to drive to LA.
