I am searching for backrest and highway pegs for my 1986 rebel

Welcome. Ebay is a good source for the backrest and other parts. You could also try Jack's Rebels in Florida.

Highway pegs work well with the Honda Rebel engine guard as shown below. Without the engine guard it's a bit more challenging due to the single down tube frame.

Hey, Just noticed that you have a 450. Highway pegs might be easier to find without the engine guard since you have 2 down tubes.

Wecome ! The driver backrest is an aftermarket item - check google, ebay, etc.

The seat it self is a common item, ebay will have a dozen to choose from - any seat from 1985-2016 will fit.
