4 over front brake line

Newby here, great to be here....Bike: 1986 Rebel 250. I'm looking for a plus 4 over front brake line. Also the carb comes out at the center post, no room for a air cleaner, so I think I'm looking for a intake manifold with a bend in it or an air filter about half an inch wide. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction. Thanks, Tom G.

Welcome tommyslagoon !

maybe you could take the stock brake hose and have a new hose made on the stock end fittings

not sure what you're asking about the carb - there is plenty of room for the stock air filter in its stock location

i once made an elbow for a cone filter using a pvc pipe elbow - still have it kicking around somewhere - your best bet for a good running engine is to use the stock airbox and filter

Thank for the quick reply. I'll check on a brake line. No air box came with the bike, I'll look it up in the manual...Thanks again...

Check out J&P Cycles catalog, they have Goodridge "build your own brake line" kits where you buy the line to spec (rubber, braided SS, etc) along with the banjo connectors. They thread together when you receive them.

Barring that most outfits like Barnett CLutch & Cable or Motion Pro offer +6 lines for any application.

Dismantling, sawzalling, and rattle canning does not make a bobber.
Those are STEPS toward customizing, not customizing unto itself.
