Welcome. If you don't already have one, you will need a Honda service manual. You will also need an indoor (or at least covered) place to work, to keep tools, and store removed parts. I recommend tagging the bigger parts, and putting small parts in ziplock bags and writing a description of what they are, and where they go. That might not seem necessary, but similar parts all start to look the same after a while. I would also take notes and even pictures. And do it slowly. I have removed parts before that could go back together either way, but only one way is correct, and forgotten which way they went. The Rebel is about as simple as a motorcycle can get, but it still has several thousand parts.

Welcome to the forum.

As Jerry said, get a manual, and document the teardown with pictures and notes.

Ask specific questions, and people on here will help.

You may find it useful to search the site for threads about specific topics. Use the little magnifying glass at the top right of the page, or just go to the forums index and scroll through the threads in the "Knuckle Busting" section to find topics of interest. Everything about a Rebel has been discussed on here numerous times already so you should find plenty of help.

Have fun.

What Shadow Shack said - Jack's Rebels. Call Jack if you get stuck, he's close and has been working on Rebels forever. I just bought one from him. Very happy with it.
