New swingarm bushings/engine mounts

I've recently acquired an 1986 250 which seems to have sat parked for about the last 10 years. It fires up and runs reasonably, although that carb is coming off soon.

Upon inspection, the front engine mount rubber is degrading (cracking and soft) and I suspect the swingarm bushing is going that way too (it's a little sloppy if I'm not smooth on the accelerator through a bend). So I want to replace those for new and any other rubber parts that usually degrade from incorrect storage.

I can't for the life of me find these items new and I'm not interested in using used bushings unless they are very lightly used.

Any clues where to look, I've tried this forum, Jacks, JP and general internet search, but my search-fu is either way off or these items are simply no longer available, except as used part pulls.

Are there substitutes? (ie a swingarm bushing from model X also fits the 250)
Or as a last resort technical drawings detailing the dimensions of the parts so I can fabricate something or find something suitable.
Or just accept that I have to purchased used items?

Many thanks in advance -- lee

Welcome. Swingarm bushings: https://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemp.../rear-swingarm

Rubber mounts.

You could do a search on ebay with the part numbers and see if you can find them cheaper.

Jack doesn't list all his parts on the website, so he may have them as well.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!
