Thumbs up Did my first ever work on a motorcycle - Blue Collar Bobbers kit installed

Fresh license, first ever bike - love the look of the bobbers

The build itself went super smooth. The parts are a little pricey but hand made and they reach all my expectations in terms of quality. Also the parts come with everything needed - you just need to supply tools.

Did a time lapse recording here;

The ride is really interesting - much more direct and obviously not at laid back. I liked the sofa’ish feeling of the original seat, but this one feels reaaally nice too, but slightly harder. I mainly just cruise the streets in my city - no need for extended rides etc. so this is perfect

Pretty happy with the result!

Parts changed/added/removed;
Handlebars - Krator Alu Bobber https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHUB0ES..._-sYyDbC272CCF
Handlebar reversal kit - BCB
Front light kit - BCB
Rear light and license plate light/bracket - BCB
Slim mirrors - BCB
Rear fender - BCB
Seat - BCB Mocha Black diamond stitch

Welcome to the forum.
tEEonE likes this.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Looks like you had fun with that endeavor. In the immortal words of Obi-Wan Kenobi: "You've taken your first step into a larger world."

"Ride Safe, Chop Safer" Motorcycles are not unsafe. However; they are extremely unforgiving of inattention, incompetence, ignorance, and stupidity.
Dismantling, sawzalling, and rattle canning does not make a bobber.
Those are STEPS toward customizing, not customizing unto itself.

That looks awesome! I just bought my first bike today, a 2002 rebel 250, looking to do the same. Any pointers ?
