Will older exhaust system fit my 2015 Rebel??

I am thinking of installing the shorty mufflers but I want to keep the stock exhaust system.
Will an older exhaust system (e.g., 2001 model) fit my 2015 bike?
Thank you in advance!

Best,
Little i

Pretty sure that's another part that will interchange between the two generations. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Thank you, Sir.
Then I need to contact the gentleman to make an offer. He just replaced the shorten stock exhausts with the unmodified, original ones.
I would like to try the short mufflers. They look cool and sound like the big boys

Do the short pipes have mufflers on them? They're needed to prevent valve damage.

I think so, but I will do some serious research before jumping in.
I watched this really inspirational stuff:
In addition, that config will allow wider stand options.

Those shortie mufflers from BCB in the video have baffles in them.

They won't damage the engine, will they?

Not at all. Some resistance in the exhaust is far better for the engine than straight pipes
