Riserless handlebars??

I have a noob question here. Am I able to mount risserless handlebars(that are not a clamp on style) on the rebel 250? And if so, how do I go about it?

As long as the riser width dimensions match you'll be able to mount them.

If the pic is all you got then you'll need some mounting hardware.

Would I need some kind of adapter for the clamps to accept the new bars?

If the riser points are wider or more narrow than your triple tree points, then yes...you would need to fabricate something to accept it.
