Ok so here is the deal... i just bought this rebel (ca125s) for 500 im based in the uk and could do with come contacts and some ideas on what to do with the bike. It is a 1995 model and i am seriously considering making it a competition worthy bike. Also were can i find genuin parts and how interchangeable with each model are they. Im full of questions if anyone with experiance in the uk would like to make a friend.

I'm not in the UK, but by "competition" do you mean for show or to go?

P.S. I'm perplexed about a UK specific market model that comes with a US/MPH speedometer...

"Ride Safe, Chop Safer" Motorcycles are not unsafe. However; they are extremely unforgiving of inattention, incompetence, ignorance, and stupidity.
Dismantling, sawzalling, and rattle canning does not make a bobber.
Those are STEPS toward customizing, not customizing unto itself.

So first of all to my knowlage it is the same as the 250 so its just a 125cc in a 250cc frame as the smaller engine size meets the uk law requirments. The 125cc version was never introduced in amarica only the EU and their was 3 versions a british model a german model and a french model all with small differances due to regulations. I think this is correct im not 100%.
Secondly i mean for show, i have considered a chain and sproket swap though, the bike is mechanically sound. I have considered bcb kits so i can easilly restore the bike back to original condition for social rides and use the bcb kits for shows (custom) or even stock for "vintage" shows. All just thoughts at the minute though.

I'm not sure if they still offer them, but look up AME in Germany as they once had "bolt-on" chopper kits. I have one of their kits on a Shadow and it's a great design, and reversible should you ever want to go back to stock.
