Bobber value? Anyone sell one or buy one?

I built a bobber out of a Rebel 250 I inherited. It's still a little small for me, even with the seat back as far as I could get it. For the past 7 years I've been trying to buy a BMW K100 from a friend. He finally sold it to me and it's a much better fit for me. I have an uncle interested in my Rebel, and I'd rather it stay in the family so I'll gladly sell it to him, but what is the value of the bike? 2009 with 2700 miles. Garage-kept, never seen rain, never down. I have all the parts to return it to stock, and nothing on the bike was modified so that it couldn't be returned to factory, except I cut off the factory grips to install new ones. Anyone bought or sold a completed turn-key bobber lately? I'm no professional builder but this stuff was all just bolt-on except for a carbon fiber plate I made so I'm thinking it's max value is stock bike + parts, but I'm wondering if even that is too high?

IMO, it's worth what KBB says a stock bike is worth since you can still go back to stock. Bobbing only adds value to the one who bobs it, unless you can find a buyer who wants a bobber exactly like yours and doesn't want to expend the effort to bob their own.

Keepin' all the left over parts. Gonna use 'em to build another bike!
