Interesting car on Maine craigslist

1975 BRICKLIN rare car

Not a kit car - these were made in New Brunswick, Canada between '74 and '76 - about 2800 made. It has an auto transmission with Ford Windsor V8 351 - power gull wing doors. I am tempted to go look at it but know what happens when I go look at stuff.

1985 CMX250 ... 1986 CMX450 ... 2005 Ruckus 50

They were beautiful and made my Canuck heart proud. It also showed that New Brunswick was not Ontario as far as skilled labour for assembly... electrical... gremlin hunting... etc.

Martin... Newbie at work... please be forgiving...

1986 Rebel 450... learners licence (B.C. "L") in June 2016. MSA passed and "new driver" licence (B.C. "N") in August 2016.

Ah yes the Bricklin... There's still a few here in NB. Strictly a collector curiousity now. I don't think they were ever a particularly good car as the running gear was primarily Detroit parts, but they are very unique looking.

IIRC the Bricklin was not too different from the Di Tomaso Pantera...

"Ride Safe, Chop Safer" Motorcycles are not unsafe. However; they are extremely unforgiving of inattention, incompetence, ignorance, and stupidity.
Dismantling, sawzalling, and rattle canning does not make a bobber.
Those are STEPS toward customizing, not customizing unto itself.

If I had the money, I'd look into buying an old Kellison. . They were made in the 60's & 70's. . You can still buy them as a kit, I think. . There are a few different models, but they all have that same basic look. . They just look good from any angle.
