Rebel 250 spark plug cap

the spark plug caps (boots) on my 250 have become cracked from about 10 years of sitting out in the unforgiving florida sun. I can't seem to find replacement caps anywhere. The caps say "nichiwa XD05F" on them. Does anyone know where to find replacements?

Thanks

I replaced the ones on my 750F several years ago, if they are NGK they just screw into the wire.
You can check, they have an assortments of ngk spark plug caps.

On the same topic of plug wires. Is the plug wire and coil a one piece unit? Can the plug wire be pulled out of the coil like on a car? I want to give it a yank, but like Ilovecigrits, they look kind of brittle.

Coil and wire are one piece on the 250.
The plug boot is replaceable

If I recall the spark plug wire are solid core wire unlike car wires.
I know on my 80 750F the spark plug cap, unscrews from the wire it self, there is a point on the cap that goes in the wire.
I think the coil would be the same.
Buickguy might know more on the Rebel coils

Hey Buickguy and Mojo Peterson I really would like to replace my plug wires and caps on my 05 250 rebel but don't want to buy the coil too. To expensive. Is everyone sure the wire is a permanet piece of the coil?

They are permanent to the coil. I went with an aftermarket coil for about $14.00.

Is that $14.00 each? There are two of then correct? Where did you source them and do they work good?
