I'm not sure thats fixable. Give Jack a call, he may have a used one for cheap.

I had heard of someone using J-B weld to glue one back in. IIRC they let the epoxy cure for a few days before putting back into service and I don't remember if there was any more conversation about it. Maybe worth a shot before shelling out for a new one?
