If you go to www.hdlparts.com you can find your bike on the start page and go to the gas tank section and the cover set petcock part number 16953-ME5-025 is the one you want to rebuild your petcock. I purchased one about 6 months ago from them just to keep in stock for my 450. I also got a head gasket from them.
They get the parts from Honda so there are some parts still available for the 450 rebel.
Check the suppler out and let me know how it goes.
