Welcome from the other side of the pond. I'm happy to say its your job to tell every Rebel rider you see about this forum. Is yours a 125 or 250? Oh, and your lucky! My dog ate the remote.

3.... not quite enough for a full blown rebel Raleigh, but we do have the full set, 125, 250 and 450.... not many people from the other side of the pond have the wonderfully underpowered 125 version now do they? i think theres someone in wales as well... with a 125... making 4 of us!

Hi Eowyn, Thanks for your welcome. I dont have any pics yet, just a nice clean standard bike in teal colour. The first thing I want to do is make the seat more comfortable by closing up the gap at the front and raising the front. I also want a flat area at the back where the pillion seat is to accomodate a bag so it will need to be as wide as possible. thats as far as my imagination stretches at present. I road bikes for years from 1967-1983 but in a working capacity. After a gap of 11 years I have decided to have one for fun. My wife says I'm trying to recapture my mid-life crisis, but it's really just part of my bucket list. As soon as I can I will get a pic or two

Hay grumpy, me too on the mid life crisis cause:) I added a sissy bar to mine to hold a tail bag. I can actually strap my briefcase to it (the sissy bar) using those tie down things. Works good and does not mess with the center of gravity to much, less that a small passenger. Say what paer of Scotland are you in?

Hey all, I'm based in Tilbury, Essex, about 30miles outside of London, along the Thames halfway to Southend estuary
Had the 1st decentish ride this year (a bit of a fairweather rider so far), approx 70miles, out to a little country inn near the river Crouch....a lovely ride

It takes more love to share the saddle than it does to share the bed. :thumb:
