Talking Does Oklahoma count?

You'd have to s-t-r-e-t-c-h the area a little bit.
Perhaps try lookin' up some riders of similar size bikes though not Hondas. (Hey, we can't ALL own Honda's, eh?)

Hey Rebelgir1978 welcome, you are not far from us at all. I no longer have the my Rebel, but she served me very well. I am riding a Vulcan 900 now and have put 2,700 k's on her already. I do go to Campbellville quite a bit perhaps we will see you there, sometime. Ride Safe

I figured that it was a great bike to start on. I know that I will probably want to move up to something bigger, but since I'm short, the Rebel is awesome as I can reach the ground easily!

Rebelgirl1978. Stick with what you are comfortable with, I am 5' 9" so it was a bit of a squeeze for me I did love that bike, you never forget the first bike. Learning on the Rebel was the best thing, it is such a forgiving bike, once you get your confidence up you can ride anything. Just watch out for everyonelse always assume that they will cut infront of you or change a lane without a signal. If you have not already take the MSF course offered by the local community colleges take it, you will learn skills that can save your life. There is nothing in the world like riding. I love it.

I plan on taking the MSF offered by the Canadian Motorcycle Association in Hamilton. It's relatively close to me and it comes with a year membership to the association. I've had friends take the course through many different community colleges and they all sound the same.
That being said, I know I'm always aware of bikes on the road but I know others aren't so polite and aware. Lesson 1- always know what's around you, as they might not be aware of you.
