hey, you can add another to that list. Name is Brian. Live out in Wittmann just north of the 303. I've had my rebel for about 6 months. Looking to find others that know a thing or two about the rebels. Currently working on bobbing mine out. Actually the big project is to get it to pass emissions. I just got all the parts that I needed to replace to try and pass again. Please add me!!!

anyone enjoying the nice cold weather. Taking a ride today up north. First I have to figure out how to install my pilot screw. Anyone know the exact way to install? I know you have to have it 2 3/4 turn out. Let me know

If it still has the tab on the side, you have to install it, and turn it back out, while assembling the carb. Once the carb is assembled, the tab will limit rotation, striking the carb body.

i have a 450 and i am working on the same issue... darn pilot screw... good luck buddy. i have no idea what i am doing, but i need this bike to run... i have having such nice weather and a bike sitting there not working...
