@ wannabeyooper

Thanks for all the effort you are putting into this event. It should be a great time for us all; hopefully the weather will be nice as well.

I will be there, My parts arrived today; although taking time away from my customers cars is hard to do. I will get it done just some routine maintenance and fork oil seal, oil filter clean and change etc. Now if I had started to "BOB" it already that would be another story....lol

Thanks oneway & Guba I always wanted to have one in Michigan. When my mom was alive I really couldn't travel out of state to attend anything. We have Classic Apache campers and got into that untill it got to hard to take her camping. Then we got the bikes but could not go for more then a few hours at a time. My bike has been great as a stress release for me with her illness. And still is after lossing her in April. If we only get 3-4 of us it's a start, maybe it will grow if we have it every year. We have a Blessing here in Baldwin Mi. it"s about 45 minutes from me.It's been going for 38 or 39 years one of the first Blessings held it started with I think 5 or 6 and today is like 30 thousand! It is held every year the 3rd weekend in May. It is a fun event you guys should come up to it next year? I have a camper you could stay in possibly?

Anybody in the Cleveland area that I could crash over night on the 5th? that's about the 1/2 way point to make the run... tentatively pencilling in on calendar if not employed by then. If not, it will be on a shoestring budget.

Hey Cagie we would love for you to make the Rally! I don't know about Ohio's camping but what about finding a state park to crash at on the way home? In michigan the rate is $8 to $10. $10 for ones that would be motorcycle assessable. I too am on the limited budget. My unemployment may take 4-6 weeks I find out yesterday to go through! (Yeah I will get the back pay for the weeks in between) but I have bills due now! I finally found out this by calling unemployment numbers for a few hours getting recordings, cut off a few times, then being put on hold for an hour. The person answering my call said "anything else I can do for you? I said through a grimace "lovely no I guess not". I guess this should go in the cheese and whine section lol. Hey soeone in Ohio put Cagie up for a night so we can get another member to the Rally!

I understand the UC problems, have been since last December. At least here in PA we can file over the interweb, but the Feds extension money has run out. At least I have some Mil retirement income so I'm not destitute. The wife is the breadwinner now, apying 75% of the bills. It's all good, she is a Reserve AF Major on active duty right now making some decent money. Thank God,.,.,

Hello.. I am in Northern Indiana (South Bend) and have been following this thread for a few weeks. My brother lives in Kokomo and although he does not have a Rebel ( Suzuki and HD) has agreed to come along with me. Anyhow, providing I can find someone to take care of my wife (dementia) he and I will be up at the camp ground. Any plans on how we are to get together or even know who is who? Maybe something as simple as telling the campground owner when we sign in who we are and where we are from.
Anyhow looking forward to the trip and the week-end.

Silly! It's just like kindergarten. We wear sticker tags that say "Hello my name is..." The only difference is, now that were bikers we'll have crushed beer cans on our forheads.

Hope to see you up there.
