Any Rebels in KC? I've seen a couple around town but haven't met any yet.

Kansas City peoples.. Does anyone know where to go get the motorcycle endorcement in KC? I know its run by the hwy partol but it seems like they're trying to keep it a secret. I've have a hard time finding any information about it online anywhere and the DMV is no help. What is on the riding test, when are they open, do you need an appointment, etc? My bike is legal just not me, I live and ride in midtown but I'd like to be legit. I'm signed up for the safety class but its full up untill May.

jeez, that's a first... Missouri licensing falls under Department of Revenue (dor.mo.gov)

Someone at work told me that the safety courses in Ohio are full up to september already. State of Ohio starts taking reservations in the beginning of march of every year. June isn't such a long time to wait.

Thanks! Gotta love it, The Department of Motor Vehicles doesn't anything to do with getting your Motorcycle License and the 'Testing Center' doesn't actually administer any tests...
I live downtown and the nearest testing center is about 25 miles away. I'll get there one of these days soon. Fortunately (per a cop buddy of mine) driving w/o a class M isn't a real big deal in Missouri, I know it is in other states but here it's a no points non-moving violation if you even do get cited.
