Thumbs up Vermont Rebel Rider

I see a lot of Bikes coming through the State from all over. We see a lot of Canadians and many from NY, Mass and N.H. Y'All should take a run through here. Twisting roads, mountain air and great places to see and eat at. Right Now there is a big Motorcycle show @ the Shelburne Museum Just south of me. So come on up or down Whichever!

Unhappy Vermont Motor cycle accident

Monday Morning a Motorcyclist was headed West on RT2 in Waterbury VT. A guy I know real well was headed East in a Prius. My friend crossed the centerline and hit the Motorcyclist headon. The Motorcyclist was ejected over the handlebars. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. My Friend is in really bad shape over this because he knows it was his fault and there is one less biker who family is torn up. To the guy who was afraid out there, it can happen to anyone.
Be careful out there!

EUS:
My Rebel is 2002. I really enjoy the bike. It would be nice if it was a 450cc but can't have it all. I have been tempted to remove saddle bag mounts sissy bar and pee pad. Just run it with a solo seat. I am not sure. What to do with all the extra parts
Shalom

I am verry sorry about your friend. Whenever I hear of something like this I ask myslef what am I doing. But, I think it just make us think harder about riding safer.

I too was thinking about a single seat. You could always post on this forum the parts you would like to sell, I am sure you would not have any trouble selling them.
