Where's your favorite place to ride?

We ride to Helen GA, Cherokee NC, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge Tn alot through the year when we need to ride mountain roads. We also go to Myrtle Beach SC, Tybee Island GA, and Daytona Beach Florida a good bit when we need sun and sand.

I gotta say that Washington State, Oregon and Northern California Coast Highway was by far my favorite.

If you're ever on I-40 in western Arkansas, take state highway 23 north (aka the Pig Trail Scenic Highway). Trees overhang the road for much of the distance, and it winds its way through the Ozarks. Nice twisty road, with elevation changes and lots of beautiful scenery. Used to own some land right on the higway. Unfortunately, I sold it before I started riding bikes! One of these days, I'm going there!

Sometimes I don't know which end is up.

Another good place is blue ridge georgia, if you like mountain riding and winding roads.

It's not gonna maintain speed in 5th going up the steepest grades, but it won't lose too much if you downshift and keep the revs up. You will have no trouble in the twisties, it's such a maneuverable, responsive, bike. Cpmpared to a lot of us, you're a pretty light load!

I like just riding the roads around here. I ain't far from the Blue Ridge parkway, so in 2 miles I am there and there are a lots more little back road around here that are very good rides, going past waterfalls and up through gorges and all. Anybody gets over my way, I can show you some great rides with some killer views. If you go to Cherokee then you are not far from me.
