Smile Wanted: Honda Rebel 250 Chassis

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to get a Honda Rebel 250 rolling chassis, for around $500. It doesn't need to be operational, as long as it doesn't have a bent frame. I'm making an electric motorcycle, the 'El Chopper ET', and I really need the base.

You can email me here,
Surveynu@gmail.com

Thanks,
Dominick

Rolling chassis just means it's the whole bike, minus the previous engine components, except the gas tank, which is kept for aesthetic purposes.

How much would the shipping costs be do you think? Need to make sure the transport of the bike is reasonably proportional to the paid price of the vehicle, the project is already around 2-3k as it is, and that's just for the parts for the chassis.

Just to butt in here, I think Greyhound is the cheapest carrier. Ya might look into that. Okay, butting out now!

Oh, I've actually been emailing you about that for awhile, I just use two email addresses one for business and another for personal use, got the two crossed when loading both through outlook.

The final price was good, but the lack of title makes things really difficult for me in the long run. I'll have to pass on the offer, Demon, thank you otherwise.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

I looked into UPS freight first, I had to call in and get a quote, apparently you can't get one online, but, as it turns out, the cost of shipment from Austin, TX to Streamwood, IL is about $523-$450, quite alot actually.

As for Greyhound, I could only find Greyhound-Express freight, and they only seem to be located in Europe; the traditional greyhound only ships packages of less than 100 pounds (non-freight service).
