I'm in the process of moving the entire site to a new (dedicated) server. over the next week or so its going to happen, idealy without any interuption to the site, or very minimal at the least.

Once the move is complete there should be BIG increase in speed and log in issues should be resolved. Might be a little bumpy the first few days to work out any bugs that might pop up, but will do my best to get it worked out as quickly as possible.

If people years were like dog years, What would we do with all the birthday cake?

Just hang in there with me through the changes, it may or may not affect the site for a couple days. Hopeing to begin the move tomorrow, but could possibly be first of the week.

I did not have this same problem until late last week. Now my log in doesn't seem to take when I use IE 7, but it does when I use Firefox 3.0.5

try deleting the cookies and clearing the temporary files, IE tends to hold stale pages in the cache casuing these kinds of problems.

The view first unread post feature isn't working for me. Throws me back to the general forum page.

When I try to log in it throws me back to the main page and it looks like I am not logged in. But if I click on a specific forum it shows me as logged in. I don't think it is IE7 because I am not having this trouble in other forums I belong to.

Me too. I've learned to live with it.
