starting problem
startet turn and this chain spins but its not turning over the motor ,
i think something slipping how does it come apart to fix and whats behind this thing, what am i looking for here ?

Sounds like the starter clutch. I've never had one apart, but it's located between the sprocket and the flywheel.
With the chain off, the sprocket should turn in one direction ONLY, by hand. With the flywheel laying on the bench, the sprocket should turn counter clockwise.

how does it come apart? i took the bolt out of center and it looks like it has a key way slot
but it also has threads so i didnt no to pull it or spin it off, then i thought the threads may be to run a bolt in to use as a puller .

pulled starter clutch off and found all three springs and caps bad. rollers were good ,
put new springs and caps in ,put all back together and starts good now .
about 20.bucks in the fix

no, it wasn't hard to do after i found a 16mm bolt to thread in and pop it off shaft .
i tried a pulley puller but didnt work out good ,but after i found the a 16mm bolt all worked out good
